Dining Services dished up a cornucopia of Thanksgiving offerings including roasted turkey breast, lobster and crab-stuffed salmon crowns, handcarved spiral glazed ham, tender candied yams, holiday corn relish, chilled cranberry sauce, and homemade dinner rolls. For dessert, students enjoyed selections of holiday pumpkin rolls, pumpkin pie, chocolate layer cake, and pumpkin cheesecake.
