"Marvin Discovers the Official State Religion of America" by Preety Sidhu detailed an alien encounter with American liberalism.

Richard Gillin, the Ernest A. Howard Professor of English Literature, attended the reading with his wife, Lecturer in English Barbara Gillin.

"A Priest's Tale" by Liam Daley '07 imagined a child's precocious pursuit of a clergyman.

The audience was entertained by outlandish wit of the students' writing.

In 'Things You Never Knew about Your Grandmother,' Erin Thorp '07 pored over the extravagant highlights of a bumpkin's past.

Kyndell Rainer explained "Why It Would Be a Comfort to Die during an Apocalyptic Disaster."

Michael McGrath '07 told the tale of "The Brotherhood of the Traveling Porno."
