Waterfront Festival

In celebration of Washington College's 225th anniversary, a Waterfront Festival along the Chester River featured bluegrass music, a kayak competition, tug-of-war tournament, the first annual cardboard boat regatta, and a steel drum band performance during the afternoon picnic.
