Students, faculty, and staff assembled for the ribbon cutting and dedication of the newly renovated Hodson Hall Commons.

WACapella opened the dedication with "The Star-Spangled Banner."

President
Baird Tipson acknowledged the efforts of many individuals who were involved in each phase of the renovation.

Director of Physical Plant Reid Raudenbush was among those thanked for the instrumental role that the
Buildings and Grounds staff had in the undertaking.

Recognizing the students and staff who lead event programming, Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students
Mela Dutka described the continuous activity in the new facility.

Associate Vice President for Administrative Services and Director of Athletics Bryan Matthews '76 M'86 recalls Hodson Hall from his time as a student before recognizing those who brought the new vision of the building to life.

WACapella concluded the ceremony with the culinary-inspired song "Java Jive" in homage to the new dining options.
