Zumbathon for Haiti Relief

Several Eastern Shore Zumba® instructors organized a Zumbathon fundraiser on campus, collecting over $1,300 in donations for the American Red Cross Haiti Relief Fund.

Zumba instructors Aundra Weissert '08 and Mandie Shockley arrived early to prepare Cain Gym for the event.
Refreshments were donated by local businesses.
All proceeds were donated to the American Red Cross for the Haiti Relief Fund.

A Red Cross volunteer helped with registration.
Over 70 participants attended the event in the midst of a snowstorm.
Participant Kikki Ugolini came from Montgomery County to support the relief effort.

Several items were donated for a raffle during the event. All proceeds from the raffle also went toward the Haiti Relief Fund.
